How Food Delivery Works
How Food-Delivery.ca Works... We're a FREE service that helps you order food online and make reservations with the most popular restaurants across Canada. Our website is easy to use, so save your time and put down that phone. Some steps to place order online STEP 1 - SELECT A RESTAURANT 
Find by Location
Postal Code: You can enter the first 3 characters of your postal code. Keywords: You can enter any dish name. Restaurant Name: Simply enter the name of the restaurant or a major/key word of that name. Cuisine: Choose by cuisine to make you're your search more refined. Phone Number: Enter the phone number of the restaurant. Press the "Search" button and we will show you all restaurants matching your criteria. 
ReservationChoose Date, Time, Province, City and Cuisine to see what restaurants are available for reservation. Press the button "Search" to see results 
Browse by Location
You can browse restaurants by location. There are 7 top searches at Food-Delivery.ca. Or press the button "More Locations" to find out which restaurants exist in your area. 
Cuisine
Most popular searches cuisine is listed on this section. If you want to see all cuisines in your area click on "More cuisines" STEP 2 - PICK OUT ITEMS FROM MENU Green background color - Available for ordering and reservation Black background color - Menu and Reservations available only for viewing. If the menu is available for delivery, you can see a green button "Online Ordering". Otherwise the button "Menu" is black. By pressing the button "Menu" or "Order online" you will see a complete description of restaurants including logo, addresses, phone and fax numbers and menus. Each menu consists of categories of dishes. Press on the Category name to see the items. For your convenience, you only need to enter the order amount you want and it will show on your shopping cart shows immediately. Please note that the total prices DO NOT includes delivery charge (if applicable) and taxes. For removing items just delete numbers at quantity field or press X at your order cart. Press the button "Checkout" to continue your ordering. STEP 3 - LOGIN IN OR CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT We have to ask you to log in or create your account with us. It is mandatory for our visitors. If you have an account with us just enter your login (associates with your email address) and password. Otherwise please sign up. You must fill out all required fields. Please enter all fields accurately. You have to provide us with your First Name, Last Name, Email (you will need a valid email for your free Food-Delivery membership), Password and Confirmation of password. An Activation email will be sent to your email address immediately. Please open your email account and follow the instructions. As a second step, you will have to create your own profile including your address. You are able to create as many delivery addresses as you want. Please choose Primary address. Please note that your primary address will come as your delivery address. STEP 4 - PREVIEW YOUR BILL, AND PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Choose Delivery or Take out. At the same time you can create a new address for delivery. Please enter additional information about your order and place it. Delivery instruction is available to find your house faster. Special instructions are available for additional information regarding your order (e.g. No fries, Only White cream, No sugar or chicken etc.). Orders are automatically received by the restaurant or delivery company in seconds. Every order is shown exactly how you placed it. Please print the last page of your order for your records. If you have any questions related to your order, please call the phone number that appeared on the last page. The restaurant or delivery company may call you to confirm your order. Enjoy! |
